We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Gift items

We do not accept returns for any intimate, worn, or used items for hygiene and quality reasons.


Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We only accept review requests in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival

If this happens, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we require:

  • Clear photos/videos of the item
  • Description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

All custom-made orders are:

  • Final sale
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

Please ensure all custom details are confirmed before production begins.


Sale Items

All discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Shipping for Issues

If an approved replacement is required, we will cover reshipping only for verified damaged or incorrect items.

Customers may be required to return the item depending on the situation.
